Traditional bank transfers, especially international ones, can take days to complete. Cryptocurrency transactions can be much faster, often settling within minutes to hours.
Cryptocurrency transactions can have lower fees than traditional banking systems or wire services, especially for international transactions.
Blockchain, the underlying technology of cryptocurrencies, provides a transparent and immutable ledger. This can offer a clear record of the transaction, which can be beneficial for both parties.
Cryptocurrency transactions can offer a degree of privacy not always available with other forms of payment, though this can vary depending on the cryptocurrency used.
Cryptocurrency transactions are secure and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be altered or reversed, reducing the risk of chargebacks or fraud.
Cryptocurrencies can simplify the complexities often associated with international real estate transactions, such as currency conversion, transfer fees and bank regulations.
Our legal department we’ll take care of all the legal needs throughout the process, until a full registration in the Cypriot Registry Department.
ABOUT US
We started our journey in Cyprus four years ago.
We’re passionate about both Crypto and real estate. With over four years of experience and more than 138 successful transactions, we’ve established ourselves as pioneers in the industry. Our journey began during the peak of the pandemic when we realized the need for alternative payment methods for global clients. Embracing Crypto was our solution to bridge the gap and offer a seamless experience.
QUESTIONS?
The way in which the seller is getting paid for a property is irrelevant for the local law, as long as both sides had sign the contract of sale and all the requirements has been fulfilled.
You can sell your property any time without any issues. If you’ll ask for a Fiat bank transaction to your bank account – your buyer will have to show your bank HIS source of funds in order for your bank to accept the funds into your account.
It depends if you made any capital gains. For example – if you bought the property for 300,000 Euros and sold it for 350,000 Euros, according to the Cypriot law you’ll have to pay 20% capital gain tax on your 50,000 Euros profit. If you prefer to send the money abroad to your own country it depends on your local tax laws (If you own a passport of one of the EU countries, you can always open a bank account in Cyprus and keep your funds here).
The great thing about Cyprus is the fact that it’s one of the most popular holiday destinations with a sunny and warm weather most of the year round, which creates a high demand for short term holiday rentals that can generate a high APY (starting at around 8% net and in some cases exceeds 12%). Needless to say that the possibility of long term rentals is available as well, and can generate over 6% APY in many cases.
Of course! we’ll be more than happy to meet you in our offices and take you to the sites. The coffee is on us ( :
